Entry Level Sales Representative

We’re a fast-growing team with a focus on delivering exceptional results in both retail and event-based settings. We’re looking for motivated, dynamic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives, helping us promote products and services for our clients on-site in retail environments and at events.
Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be the face of our clients’ brands, directly engaging with customers in retail and event settings. Your role will be to represent and promote the products and services of our clients,
creating memorable, positive experiences for each individual you interact with. You will play a key part in driving sales, acquiring new customers, and helping to grow brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face at retail locations and events to promote products and services.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Present and demonstrate product benefits and features effectively to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Collect customer information and feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experiences.
- Assist with setting up and organizing events, booths, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing our clients’ brands.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or event sales experience is a plus but not required – we provide full training!
